We are pleased to release this initial announcement for the 2016 ISE Congress in Uganda, which will take place August 1-7. Planning for the Congress is well underway, and we anticipate releasing a Call for Submissions later this summer. As details are finalized they will be posted here on the ISE website, and on the Congress website, which is still being developed.
