Native Americans and others have been working diligently to bring to Pope Francis’ attention the impact of the Doctrine of Christian Discovery, which set the stage for the take-over of the traditional lands of indigenous peoples world-wide. Haudenosaunee leaders will participate in a multi-religious service in New York City on September 25th that may enable indigenous peoples to speak directly to Pope Francis regarding the Doctrine of Christian Discovery.

It might be a good opportunity for the Pope to listen more about the Doctrine of Christian Discovery directly from Indigenous Peoples.FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 (NEW YORK CITY)- 8:30 a.m. Visit to the United Nations and Address to the United Nations General Assembly
- 11:30 a.m. Multi-religious service at 9/11 Memorial and Museum, World Trade Center
- 4:00 p.m. Visit to Our Lady Queen of Angels School, East Harlem
- 5:00 p.m. Procession through Central Park (time approximate)
- 6:00 p.m. Mass at Madison Square Garden
