Dear ISE Friends,
A colleague of mine at the university of Vermont, Nathan Fry, is involved with the Ala Archa Eco-Leadership Project, a research initiative that integrates concepts of social-ecological sustainability and outdoor adventure leadership for university students in Kyrgyzstan. The project is the centerpiece of Nathan’s masters degree project in the Community Development and Applied Economics Department. His research will model a strategic vision for the future sustainable development in Kyrgyzstan and other countries.
