We are pleased to release this initial announcement for the 2016 ISE Congress in Uganda, which will take place August 1-7. Planning for the Congress is well underway, and we anticipate releasing a Call for Submissions later this summer. As details are finalized they will be posted here on the ISE website, and on the Congress website, which is still being developed. In the meantime, any inquiries can be directed to the organizing committee.
