The Board of the ISE includes regional representatives for Africa, Central & South America and the Caribbean, North America, Asia, Europe, and Oceania & the Pacific Islands. These representatives liaise with regional ethnobiological organizations and work to advance the goals of the ISE and interconnections between ISE members in each region, and around the world. They also seek ways to encourage interest in ethnobiology and participation in ISE workshops, conferences and Congresses.
